What we collect

• Your name, phone number and email address when you place an order request or send an enquiry.
• Your delivery address, and any notes you add, when you choose delivery.
• The items, quantities and requested collection or delivery time on your order.
• Basic, anonymous usage counts (pages viewed, items added to a basket) that are not linked to your name or contact details.

Why we use it

To confirm and prepare your order, arrange collection or delivery, contact you about that order, respond to enquiries, and understand which parts of the website people use. If you subscribe to our list, we use your email to send Snackit updates until you tell us to stop.

Payment information

No payment is taken online yet. Your order request is recorded, and our team will confirm your order and delivery cost before payment. We do not collect or store card numbers on this website. When online payments are activated, payments will be handled by a licensed payment provider and card details will be entered with that provider, not with us.

Who can see it

Only the Snackit team members who need it to confirm, prepare and fulfil your order. We do not sell your information. We may share the minimum needed with a delivery rider or a payment provider once that applies to your order.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for our business and accounting needs. Enquiries and newsletter subscriptions are kept until they are no longer needed or you ask us to remove them.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it, or unsubscribe from our emails at any time. Email snackitafrica@gmail.com or call 07084274985.
