Cancellations & refunds

How ordering works right now

When you submit an order on this website you are sending us an order request. Our team confirms your items, your collection or delivery time and, for delivery, the delivery cost before anything is prepared. Your order is only in production once it is confirmed.

Changing or cancelling

• Before we confirm your order, you can change or cancel it at no cost — just contact us.
• After confirmation, tell us as early as possible. If preparation has not started, we will change or cancel it. If preparation has started, we may not be able to.
• Same-day orders close at 6:00pm. Requests made after that are handled on the next open day.
• We are open Monday–Saturday, 9:00am–9:00pm (Lagos time).

If something is wrong with your order

Contact us on the same day, with your order number and a photo where possible. If we got something wrong — missing items, or food not prepared to the standard we intend — we will replace the affected items or arrange a refund of that portion once we have looked into it.

Collection and delivery

• Pickup: Free — collect from our kitchen at 51, Market Street, off Bujulaye Rd, Shomolu, Lagos.
• Delivery: We confirm your delivery cost with you before dispatch, based on your address.
• Once online payments are active, the quoted delivery fee is paid online before your order is sent out. Delivery fees are not refundable once an order has been dispatched.
• Food prepared and held for collection at your requested time may not be refundable if it is not collected and we cannot reach you.

Refunds once online payment is active

Approved refunds will be returned through the same payment method used to pay, and the time to appear depends on your bank or payment provider. Until online payments are activated, no money is taken through this website, so there is nothing to refund on a cancelled request.
